Sometimes, with the best of intentions, things can go wrong, so it’s important that if you have a complaint you know who to contact, what our process is, and what you can do if we cannot resolve your complaint. You can contact us for any type of complaint, including:
Complaints regarding our sales process
Complaining about our Assessors or a Green Deal Assessment that we have made on your property
Complaining about the installation
Complaining about the Green Deal plan
Complaining about non-disclosure of the Green Deal
Once you’ve complained to SolarKing UK, within seven working days we will tell you in writing:
If we cannot resolve your complaint we must tell you of our reasoning for this in writing, we have at least eight weeks to resolve your problem, but of course we will try to do so much more quickly than that.
If we are unable to deal with your complaint, The Ombudsman Services may be able to help. The Ombudsman Services is an independent dispute resolution service.
If you’re classed as a vulnerable customer and you can’t sort out the problem by yourself, you may be able to get extra help to sort out your complaint. Contact the Citizens Advice consumer helpline for more advice.
If you feel you have a grievance to take further then contact us first as we can normally resolve most problems with a chat. If not, we can let you know our processes and advise you how to progress the issue.
